Coplon Associates developed a master plan for the use and disposition of 1,700 acres lakefront property in Ellsworth, Maine. The plan provided assistance in planning for the intergenerational transfer of family property. In addressing the long term interests of diversified family ownership, the plan identified areas suitable for residential development, recreation, natural resource protection.
