Coplon Associates provided overall site design for a new 6,000 SF house overlooking Northeast Harbor. Located on a sloping site, the design sought to integrate the house into the existing landscape of exposed ledge while creating attractive, outdoor activity areas. The plan included an entry court and a rear terrace featuring native plant materials and weathered stone.
