Coplon Associates provided full site and landscape design for a new 5,000 SF residence overlooking the Western Way on Mount Desert Island. The project featured a new approach drive bordered by a stone wall and apple orchard, arrival court and parking, and seaside garden areas including dining terrace and outdoor function space.
