Working with the Town of Houlton, Coplon Associates developed a master plan for the development of a riverfront park adjacent to the downtown business district. The plan includes a new riverfront walk, passive recreation areas, interpretative facilities and improved connections to the downtown area. A new pedestrian bridge will link the downtown area to the primary park corridor. In collaboration with HTB Engineering, CA provided detailed design services for project implementation.
