Coplon Associates assisted the town of Corinna in the initial visioning, planning, and design for the redevelopment of the town’s downtown area following the removal of the Eastland Woolen Mill. The environmental remediation resulting from the mill’s designation as a superfund site required substantial changes to the downtown area. CA worked with the community to develop a master plan to guide future planning for development, circulation and public improvements.
