| Coplon Associates
provided site planning and design services for several
student housing projects at College of the Atlantic.
In 2004, Coplon Associates collaborated with Roc Caivano
Architects on the design and implementation of the 50-bed
Blair-Tyson House. The design features a central landscaped
courtyard between the residential wings of the building
and the portals to the courtyard celebrate connections
to the campus circulation system. Located adjacent to
the south campus drive, The courtyard's west edge is
defined by a garden fence atop a wall built from the
stones of a former building that occupied the site to
screen the adjacent south campus drive and parking.
