CA is assisting Frenchman Bay Conservancy on redevelopment of the Tidal Falls Preserve, the FBC’s headquarters and flagship property on the reversing falls in Hancock, Maine. CA’s plan removes existing structures and parking to restore the shoreline and increase public open space. A new multiuse pavilion with roof top viewing area is integrated into the landform created for the new access drive. Construction is slated to begin late 2017.
