Coplon Associates provided master planning, site design, and permitting services for the residential development of 300 acres of field and woodlands in Bar Harbor. The plan features 36 clustered residential lots ranging in size from 1.5 to 3 acres, covering approximately one third of the land area. Over 200 acres were placed under conservation easement to protect sensitive natural resources and provide open space and recreational opportunities.
